As the WCMS (web content management system) Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead for the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, your primary responsibility is to lead and oversee the collection, evaluation, and refinement of customer requirements related to digital and web activities from all EMEA Kyocera subsidiaries. In addition, you will be accountable for the ongoing development and delivery of the Adobe Experience Manager platform for the Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Group.

 

What does this role entail?

Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Interactions.

  • Collaborate closely with Kyocera's Product team to prepare feature requests for development and coordinate and schedule tasks or projects in alignment with the global Kyocera Group
  • Work in collaboration with External Vendor Technical Lead(s)
  • Collaborate closely with the development and implementation team of the vendor to ensure clarity in priorities, tasks, and daily work for all involved.
  • Demonstrate new capabilities and features to stakeholders and potential teams/users.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure a positive product experience and seamless integration with 3rd party tools or sources.
  • Engage with customers to determine required outcomes/products and relay information to the technical team using agile methodology.
  • Share knowledge and support the growth of individuals within WCMS CoE.
  • Collaborate closely with the AEM Power user to leverage the latest developments and newest features for content authors.
  • Coordinate tasks and assign them to other CoE members.
  • Collaboration with multiple departments, Sales Companies, Other Regional Headquarters, Headquarters, vendors/partners, is essential.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will identify and leverage synergies across multiple teams and departments.

 

Digital Experience Transformation

  • Translating internal and sales company requirements into technical solutions and setups on Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating requirements, as well as leading teams in their responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Lead and prioritize the backlog for development iterations, refining user stories to ensure compliance with the Definition of Done in an agile scrum framework.
  • Embrace Agile practices, including grooming sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Elicit and analyse business requirements for business processes and applications.
  • Assist in the development and testing of applications and capabilities.
  • Align with stakeholders and Product management to ensure stability and a customized user experience for Kyocera's website campaigns, content, and product launches.
  • Oversee and manage the sprint content and backlog priorities of the development team.

 

Product and User Experience

  • By applying digital product design principles, design patterns, and shared code libraries, you will ensure efficient and scalable product development
  • Guide and inspire scrum team members to realize the vision for the entire end-to-end product and user experience across all digital touchpoints (smartphone, signage, desktop, voice, etc.) for our websites.
  • Creating and breaking down capabilities or features into various user requirements such as
    • user journeys,
    • story maps,
    • wireframe/sketch designs,
    • user stories,
    • product specifications,
    • non-functional requirements.
  • You will drive the product forward from concept through to development.
  • Collaborate with the other teams and departments to ensure the successful launch, continuous support, and optimization of the platform.
  • Contribute to the platform development and ongoing maintenance of the Kyocera website and integrations for EMEA markets.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of different technical solutions (applications) within Kyocera and their integration with AEM.
  • Display expert understanding of agile methodologies required for running web development workstreams and delivering value.

 

Your knowldedge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or technology.
  • Some leadership experience managing small teams is an advantage
  • Prior experience in content marketing and content growth.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 5years of experience in a Digital Marketing position, with a focus on CMS and web content management.
  • 3+ years of direct client consulting experience, specifically looking at internal communication
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably leading a (small, technical) team.
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager in both on-prem and cloud solutions
  • Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) platforms and applying best practices across digital marketing processes.
  • Experience in handling (multiple) external vendors
  • Experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum processes, including Backlog Management and Wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementation.
  • Experience reviewing and elaborating on business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations.
  • Development or product testing experience is a plus.

 

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Marketing Cloud suite, Adobe Analytics Cloud suite, or similar tools is a significant plus.
  • AEM Business Practitioners certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is beneficial but not mandatory.

You possess a proven track record and deep understanding of product management principles and user experience design, specifically in responsive web, mobile, native applications, and web engineering. You are pragmatic and have a logical approach to your tasks and challenges. You enjoy working in a team based environment but can also work independently.
