Supply Planner Machines & Enhancements

You are part of the team ensuring that the right quantity and quality of goods are available at the right place and right time. You are comfortable working with high-level inventory targets and a large amount of SKUs.  If these aspects speak to you, what a fit this could be!

What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the planning of both machine and enhancement product groups. Monthly, you will be involved in the planning cycle and provide reports on findings to strengthen the procurement plan. You will include analysis and reporting of the supply, demand and inventory situations into the S&OP process. Other core functions will include:

Supply Planning

Ensure continuous process improvement by collecting and reviewing actual sales, inventory and supply as well as demand input from our companies. You will also monitor deviations and calculate and submit supply figures.

S&OP Analysis

Analyse the current project inventory levels and determine supply forecast accuracy as well as demand forecast accuracy and input and provides reports on these.

Management Reporting

Provide accurate information regarding stock levels, service levels, air shipment costs, backorder lists etc. and analyse slow moving and aged stock.

Projects

Involvement in various projects that involve forecasting, continuous improvement, future aspects as well as the global PSI process reform project among others.

Communication

Interact with both internal and external teams to understand drivers of both supply and demand forecasts, plans and actuals and provide support to Sales and Marketing teams on inventory and supply information.

Who are you?

You are a performance and process driven individual. Your strengths are in analytical thinking and customer focus with a drive towards change. You enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues while also being able to work independently to ensure optimal process management.

Your skills and knowledge

• Bachelor degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management
• >3 years experience in Supply Chain Planning
• Experience in Demand forecasting
• APICS certification is a plus
• Experience with reporting to senior management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Additional language is a plus
• SAP system knowledge
