As an Order Operations Analyst, you are the crucial link between operational execution and strategic insight. You’ll ensure the smooth and accurate handling of customer orders from entry to delivery, while also diving into data to uncover trends and drive performance improvements. Working closely with various internal teams, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining our order-to-delivery processes.

You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support decision-making by providing management with data-driven insights, while also keeping a sharp eye on backorders, order accuracy, and system performance.

What does this role entail?

This position combines three core areas: Order Analysis & Reporting, Order Management, and Process Optimization.

Order Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze order data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • Design and maintain order-related KPI metrics
  • Organize data collection efforts to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Prepare monthly KPI presentations for senior management
  • Develop and enhance advanced monitoring tools for key order topics such as backorders and stock allocation

Order Management

  • Oversee the full daily order pipeline and resolve any delays or issues
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the order management system (SAP)
  • Track and communicate backorder status to internal teams and customers
  • Act as team coordinator for managing stock reservation consumption (SSP) to maximize month-end sales
  • Provide clear order overviews to support management decision-making
  • Liaise with Claims and Sales teams to manage international claims efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide timely updates and issue resolution

Process & System Optimization

  • Drive continuous improvement of the order management process
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify system enhancements and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and business continuity

You’re an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of both process and performance. Your ability to combine data insights with operational execution allows you to drive results and improve service levels. You're a self-starter who enjoys working independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of experience in order management and data analysis
  • Proficient in SAP order processing and monitoring
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Structured and process-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable handling large data sets and translating them into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Experience working in an international environment
