What does this role entail?

• Systematic and goal-oriented, monitoring of the team's activities and daily operations with the aim of ensuring the team's ability to work organisationally and functionally
• Operational as well as disciplinary leadership of the assigned employees in terms of corporate standards
• Responsible for the technical availability of the company applications based on the agreed service level agreements and in close cooperation with external service providers
• Definition of roles & responsibilities for all related areas in the focus of responsibility and establishment of central competence points
• Continuous improvement of the company's IT landscape by establishing service-oriented structures and architectures
• Development guidelines and quality gates as well as support of IT governance processes
• Responsibility for project set-up, project execution including coordination of internal/external resources and time/cost control

Who are you?

You have excellent management and leadership skills with a main focus and drive for the development in competencies of your colleagues and subordinates. You enjoy working within a multi-cultural and can easily communicate and engage in presentations virtually and in-person.

Your knowledge and skills

• Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, business informatics or comparable professional training with additional training relevant to the profession
• Professional mastery of current industry and technical knowledge
• Sound experience and several years of successful professional experience in management functions
• Application know-how with a special focus on SAP and E2E processes in core applications of technology, integration and architecture structure
• SAP knowledge with basic, development techniques and cross-module know-how with a focus on excellent system deployment/setup
• Excellent command of English language
