Junior Pre-Sales Production Print

As a Junior Pre-Sales Expert, your main goal is to assist the Pre-Sales Expert with the day-to-day functions. What you will be doing

This is an entry-level position focused on building your knowledge with a potential opportunity to further grow into a more challenging Pre-Sales role in the future. You will be part of the Production print solutions team, which is jointly responsible for achieving the growth of this Kyocera product line.
 

Main responsibilities:

  • European Experience Centre (EEC) Support
  • Take ownership of all production print products and related software.
  • Support Pre-sales activities for your products, this will include
    • Customer demonstrations,
    • Product updates,
    • Video-creation, etc.
  • Assist the Pre-Sales Experts with the day-to-day operations in the Showroom whilst gaining valuable expertise about the Products and Markets.
  • Provide colour profiling and creation of sample sets
  • Stock management and control of all Showroom Media and Consumables
  • Product performance with EFI IQ and analysis results to enable and lead continuous improvements
  • Assist and deliver the Live Stream content and Training videos from the EEC.

 

Pre-Sales Solutions Support

  • Research and Analyses of sales leads and supporting the team with the sales lifecycle for both pre-sales and post-sales information such as:
    • Leads and market trends
    • Clients and customer-focus points
    • Product opportunities within industries
  • Gather feedback and plan follow-ups with clients on services
  • Support the Product Print Divisions of the sales Companies
  • Ensure you remain updated about new developments within production print solutions in the market space.

 

About you

You are the type of individual that is communicative, and proactive and possesses excellent technical skills. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a true team player and can work highly independently at the same time. You will further describe yourself as organized, supportive and eager to learn. Great attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits, will be crucial characteristics of your role.

 

Your knowledge and skills

  • Vocational Degree in preferably IT or Technology
  • Minimum of 1 year’s work experience, preferably in the printing industry
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Knowledge of EFI software is a benefit.
  • Understanding of Production Print and Inkjet technologies is a benefit
  • Identifying and addressing needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of relationships
  • Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner
  • Preferred industries include Production printing industry or Professional Print Software Development
  • Open-minded and eager to learn the EFI Fiery Software suite and PP Industry standards
  • Skilled in Camera and Video recordings
