The Expert Value Added Services (VAS) plans and executes Value Added Services under the supervision of the Manager VAS. The main areas of responsibility are technical customizations, pre-installations, bundling and reworks, and sorting/filtering of damages and return shipments for both RPS and FG at the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) warehouses.
- All administration and technical support to the LSP-Warehouse team needed for Pre-installation and Bundle processes
- Secure the plausibility and workability for Pre-installation orders from SC and support KDEM-sales in case of wrong orders (remove incompatible components from order when applicable)
- Allocate Pre-installation orders and create Bundle-production orders for the LSP Team (create production plan for LSP)
- Monitor and document results in Excel order book and VAS reports
- Consult CSSD to retrieve (if applicable) the most recent product firmware and provide to LSP
- Determine and confirm DOA or non-DOA in case damages are found during VAS handling and arrange necessary steps with CSSD
- Eliminate and solve problems that occurred due to wrong handling
- Assessment of quality and identity of the returned products (original product or forgery)
- Evaluate transport damages and create cost estimations if necessary in cooperation with external experts
- Teach and instruct temporary staff for damage sorting work and repacking
- Supervise and support damage sorting staff from LSP
- Efficient purchase of carton boxes or items used for repacking and tracing until delivery
- Update repacking report and related data
- Review, revise and update the Excel data as a result from the Return & Damage sorting team, transfer correct data to the DMS-Database
- Control of data in Excel, value in FOB given, update of the general damage sorting list
- Arrange and execute monthly scrapping of total loss items and report monthly statistics
- Generate Ringi for all items foreseen to scrap physically via LSP
- Communicate with staff of European Headoffice to clear items for scrap
- Supervise the successful execution of the Ringi.
- Check LSP charged costs with documented work hours of temporary VAS staff for Value added service, Rework, Damage sorting and billing to KDC or SC when requested
- Maintain daily data in VAS documentaries and LSP data
- Preparing weekly documentation for settlement with LSP
- Preparing data for KDC-rework invoicing
- Check and collect charged costs for different VAS activities
- Ensure correctness and compliance with agreements and cost estimations
- Generate billing documents for invoicing KDC or KDEM-SC via KDEM Accounting
- Report VAS-KPIs to VAS Manager
- Indicate and confirm total loss
- Creating technical reports about total losses and claiming to insurance and sales support
- Monitoring compensation process
- Securing and managing monthly scrapping of compensated total loss items
- Control the progress of open tickets on a monthly base
- Control open tickets
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Close tickets and report on a monthly base
- Arrange and execute monthly checks of Inventory at SAP locations for VAS business
- Investigate booked quantities at SAP locations
- Count physical items
- Investigate discrepancies in cooperation with VAS expert
- Arrange corrections of booked quantities

- MBO level of Education
- At least 3+ years of experience in handling and repair
- Experience in daily collaboration with outsourced logistics operations
- Experience in warehouse activities and logistic operations
- Experience in working in an international working environment
- Good knowledge of process improvement methods
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced SAP/ERP knowledge
- Fluent in English
