The Expert Special Pricing & Global Accounts Asset Management will manage develop and coordinate the Sales back-office activities related to Special Pricing and Global Accounts Asset Management processes. The expert frequently proposes improvements to processes, and being familiar with both Global Account Asset Management and Special Pricing makes this position critical in detecting bottlenecks and analyzing process flaws for improvements.
- Research and analyse the agreements for Global Accounts on both micro (product-related) and macro (account-related) levels.
- Reflect the GAD agreements in the reports of the fleet, then apply them to the billing reports, and make sure the pricing in the databases is correct.
- Act as a key interface between the Global Accounts Department and the SPS & GAD AM team to ensure that communication is proactively maintained among all stakeholders.
- Review, develop and improve the GAD SPS & AM procedures to ensure an efficient workflow, and report any updates to the Team Lead.
- Control the end-to-end process of all performance metrics and status updates for all GAD back-office activities,
- Analyse reports and process results and report the findings to the Team Lead monthly.
- Coordinate the supply of asset information for reporting and billing purposes.
- Provide timely information to client managers for customer review meetings (quarterly, half-yearly and yearly).
- Liaise with service partners to receive, check, review, revise and validate service invoices on our invoice platform.
- Create and update the GAD Timeline contracts in SAP for Rental and Finance lease
- Take the lead in reconciling differences reported by the Finance Team and ensure the appropriate corrections are carried out.
- Review and improve the governance reports creation process for key Global Accounts
- Manage the Sales Special Pricing Registration process (Tender & Promotion) and ensure all information submitted in our price approval tool (Bizagi) is complete, accurate, and follows the KDEM guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure all relevant Special Pricing Requests are communicated timely and accurately to our Headquarter in Japan Kyocera Document Solutions Corporation (KDC), regularly follow up on the progress and update KDC approved prices in Bizagi SPA requests once review is completed.
- Manage, optimise and/or support Special Pricing related Business Processes.
- Communicate actively with all relevant departments at KDC, KDEM, SC’s & KDIS Partners and ensure regular updates are shared with all stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of the Bizagi templates to reflect the latest product information in the Bizagi/SPA process.
- Support the reconciliation of the SAP Tender Pricing Database.
- Review and validate Special Pricing credit note requests which are submitted by SC & issue the Credit Notes in full adherence to KDEM’s guidelines and procedures.
- Prepare the Special Pricing Credit Note Requests to KDC.
- Be the backup for the monthly SAP automated claim review process.
- Communicate actively with all relevant departments at KDC, KDEM, SC’s & KDIS Partners.
- Be the backup for calculating the monthly Sales accrual for the SC’s.
- Contribute to the collection of additional provisions based on LBU’s (RSM).

- Minimum education level HBO
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position (Sales Operation / Back office)
- Good understanding of administration, accounting and financial processes (Billing, Accrual, GP, Operational and Finance Lease)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP & MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (writing and speaking)
- Experience in an international work environment
