Are you immediately available and looking for a fun temporary challenge? Our International Sales team is looking for an Expert Sales Support! In this role, the expert will support the entire KDIS sales department by providing sales, project and general support. The Expert Sales Support is required to plan, coordinate and deliver several key sales-related critical activities, as well as collaborate with stakeholders across the entire Kyocera Document Solutions Europe Group (KDEM-Group). They are responsible for centralising the communication of various internal and external business-related communications (such as manufacturer notification updates, newsletters and organisational updates). The Expert Sales Support reports to the General Manager of KDIS and coordinates the division’s adherence to compliance and audit-related matters.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming enquiries.
- To provide information to Regional Account Managers and customers about the possible delivery of ordered goods (based on information about availability at KDEM and critical items).
- Communicate with the logistics department to coordinate delivery to customers on time and provide
- information to Regional Account Managers and customers about the status of (delivered) goods
- Track the incoming orders from partners and ensure timely fulfilment in coordination with logistics
- Backorder management and communicate closely with PSI to secure maximum allocations for KDIS customers
- Arrange terms of direct deliveries from KDEM with partners following payment terms fulfilment
- Update the Sales report and check the actual dispatch
- Control delivery execution from the warehouse and direct/container shipments
- Maintain the Sales report
- Monitor sales results, order amount and payment situation of partners to secure the Monthly Sales plan achievement
- Prepare and coordinate internal meetings for KDIS concerning sales plan achievement
- Contract maintenance in the company's contract management system for the sales department
- Create and provide Management a management summary of all costs versus plans, including an analysis of the deviations (positive and negative)
- Preparation and coordination of contractual documentation for sign-off
- Creation of manufacturer notification updates
- Creation of regular communication with partners, dealers and clients
- Take external phone calls to the KDIS Department are directed to the Sales Support Expert’s company mobile
- Following up on the received phone calls with relevant stakeholders
- Providing support and feedback to callers
- Creation of employee induction plans with relevant business stakeholders for the KDIS division
- Facilitate KDIS Sales department meetings where required
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for KDIS RAMs and other KDIS team members if needed
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
- Taking meeting minutes and chasing updates where necessary
- The main interface for approval flow management (Ringi) for the KDIS division
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in management or corresponding work experience in a sales-related field
- Work experience in a multi-cultural and international environment
- At least 3 years of work experience in sales support
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure role in a performance-driven sales and/or marketing division
- Preference for working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work across geographical regions, functions, and departments
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with teammates and sales region peers
- Professional-level Microsoft Office skills
- Basic understanding of project management
