The Expert Business Management manages Ringi process/procedure within KDE-G based on rule or regulations, and strengthens Ringi operation in KDE-G to make it more compliant and effective.
You will support the development of Amoeba and profit and loss statement reporting of specific business units, analyses monthly results and promotes the implementation of reports to KDE-G SC in collaboration with persons in SCs.
Core activities:
- Provide guidance and support to SCs and KDE Ringi team admins to ensure correct Ringi processing on selection of Ringi class number, on approval route setting and on selection of approvers.
- Proactively monitor, and work with team members on Ringi checking insights to ensure all required information is included in the Ringi for decision making.
- Double check KDE Ringi admin operations, highlight Ringi issues and correct them in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the group Ringi E-learning and Ringi operations development.
- Support Manager to improve Ringi operation efficiency within the KDE Ringi team and SCs.
- Support manager to motivate and inspire Ringi team and SCs Ringi admins by creating and environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members.
- Support Manager and Ringi initiator to answer KDC/KDE approver’s questions and requests.
- Support Manager and develop Ringi process/procedure in KDE-G including operation of Ringi system.
- Follow up Ringi approval process, to ensure the Ringis are processed timely.
- Advise and instruct how to manage Ringi issues to all initiators in KDE and SC Ringi admin in order to improve the accuracy, swiftness and efficiency of the approval process/procedure
- Create/review Ringi report within KDE-G, and instruct the initiator or SC Ringi admin to make correction if needed.
- Implement and develop Ringi payment check detective control. Follow up and remediate the non-compliance with the initiator, accounting and Ringi team.
- Manage the communication and operation with KDC and team on timely update KDE-G Ringi criteria chart and initiation manual.
- Optimize procedure to make it more compliant and effective in line with KC/KDC Ringi criteria and
- procedure.
- Main contact person to collaborate with KDC regarding Ringi issues if needed.
Core activities for Amoeba Reporting
- Facilitate the design and implementation of automated Amoeba report in BI tool
- Investigate allocation of business unit and renew Amoeba Report layout based on management decision
- Prepare and analyse monthly Amoeba reports, make sure figures matching with financial reporting
- Discuss and review monthly results on cost centers level during monthly management meeting with all
- profit centres (PMM)
- Further develop and maintain Amoeba reports of KDE-G, based on management requirements
- Support the implementation of Amoeba reporting in the SC within KDE-G
Department and HQ Cost centers Expense Control:
- Verify and check invoices in BI tool
- Collaborate with department members and prepare Monthly Accruals timely
- Communicate with department members and prepare Monthly Plan timely
- Analyse and explain expenses result for reporting
- Support manager to optimize the process and quality.
- Coordinate and prepare department Master Plan submission

- Good knowledge of Kyocera Document solutions products and market
- Good understanding of company organization, procedures, regulations and policy
- Good understanding of management approval compliance and process
- Excellent knowledge of Amoeba management
- Bachelor level (preferably in Finance or Business administration) with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of accounting and Finance
- Excellent knowledge of software (MS Office, SAP, BOARD BI)
- Fluent in English language (in speaking and writing)
